Robin White and Richard Chilcott are pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of two "A" class office buildings in Toronto, totalling some 400,000 sq. ft. 70 University Avenue and 11 King Street West were acquired by LaSalle Investment Management from K.G.A.L. Avison Young's Investment Group brokered the transaction and Avison Young's Property Management Group and Leasing Team have been awarded the property management and leasing assignments respectively.
