Avison Young is a partner-owned Canadian commercial real estate company comprised of over 300 real estate professionals including licensed brokers, financial analysts, research professionals and marketing specialists across Canada. We help our clients to strategically solve their real estate concerns so that they can concentrate on what their business does best.


		Our Origins — Truly Canadian Formed by the union of Graeme Young & Associates of Alberta and Avison & Associates of Toronto and Vancouver, Avison Young came together in 1996 to provide clients with more comprehensive real estate services at a local, national and international level. In 2004, selected divisions of NewWest Enterprise Property Group Inc joined Avison Young, adding offices in Winnipeg and Regina and expanding our services in Alberta.
